If the silence does not kill you the way people assume all is well without asking to find out, then depression won’t. Depression is not about having no friends; it’s about having friends that don’t care.

No one wishes to have dark days, sleepless nights, grumpy mornings and this endless dark tunnel with no sign that it will ever end. Depression is not a choice.

Relationships are like glass. Sometimes it is better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together.

What sets you apart can sometimes feel like a burden and it’s not. And a lot of the time it’s what makes you great. Just because your path is different doesn’t mean you are lost. People will walk in and out of your life but the once that really matter leave footprints.

She looked ahead and realized the fire that she had sought for so long was residing in her because she was not made with a lightness in her tongue so she can be easy to swallow rather, she was made heavy with a mix of gold and silver, difficult to forget but not easy for the mind to emulate
