I Didn’t Want the Crown…
I Wanted the Silence That Came After the War,
I Hid My Tears So Well,
But Deep Down…
I Was Praying Someone Sees Through My Smile,
And When I Finally Shattered…
The Silence Cheered Louder Than Their Prayers.

I Tried to Save Them from The Fire,
But They Burned Me First, Then Danced in The Ashes.
I Tried to Speak the Truth, But I Was Painted as The Problem,
Because My Honesty Was Regarded as A Threat,
My Boundaries Were Regarded as An Attack,
And My Pain Was an Inconvenience.

They Drank from The Well I Bled into Then Cursed Me When It Ran Dry,
They Labelled Me as Ruthless for Choosing Silence Over Chaos,
They Called Me Distant, For Embracing Freedom Over Guilt,
I Lived in Pieces Just to Keep Them Whole,
I Gave Them Light,
They Cursed the Sun for Blinding Them.

Then It Hit Me,
I Used to Glow Because I Didn’t Care Who Was Watching,
But Now…
I Was a Caged Bird Waiting for Permission to Fly,
I Needed to Learn to Prioritize Myself or Remain a Servant to Others
I Needed to Light a Match and Find the Spark I Had Suffocated for So Long
I Needed to Put Myself Over Their Expectations.

When You Embrace Your Shadow, No One Can Blackmail You with It.

When You Descend into Your Own Darkness…
You Strip Fear of Its Weapon,
No Words Can Shame You,
No Memory Can Chain You,
No Secret Can Undo You,
You Become the Keeper of Your Own Abyss,
And In That Abyss, You Find Your Throne.

I Realized That Selfishness Is Sometimes Survival
And The Right People Feel Like Sunshine After a Storm.

Remember;
If You Repair All the Sinking Boats with Pieces of Your Own, The Day You Try to Sail, You Will End Up Sinking.
